CPR Chapter Challenge


CNSA Chapters are invited to enter the CNSA CPR Chapter Challenge by hosting their own HANDS-ONLY CPR TRAINING EVENTS!

All participating chapters will receive special recognition at the 2019 CNSA Annual Convention. The chapter that trains the most people will receive up to four free convention registrations. 

Objectives for this challenge:

  • to increase awareness of the benefits of hands-only CPR in California communities.
  • to increase the number of people trained in hands-only CPR in California.
  • to provide an opportunity for engagement in community service activities by nursing students in California.

Eligibility to participate:

  • Chapter holding the event must be composed of members with current NSNA membership. 
  • Event held before Sept 1st, 2019.  
Chapter Challenge Instructions:
  1. Sign up for the challenge on the form below. 
  2. Hold your event and tally persons trained using this initials log (click here). A step-by-step guide can be found here (click here). 
  3. Download and fill out this verification form (click here). 
  4. Submit verification form (click here). 

All chapters should take lots of photos during the event as part of their final submission and share to CNSA social media! You can send pictures directly to the CNSA Communications Director at comms@cnsa.org. Photos can also be uploaded along with your verification form.
